Picture Upload Instructions - .For ease of use you may now simply email your photo to us AFTER you place your order. Attach photos to an email and send to info@em-jewelry.com. Image size should be 150 dpi/ppi or higher. Accepted file formats are jpg, gif, or bmp. We will send you an email confirming receipt of your photo.

To use a Professional photo you must have a consent form signed by the photographer.

Returns-Due to the custom made nature of each piece, returns of Elemental Memories Photo Tile Jewelry are not accepted. If there is a defect in your item we will work with you to correct the problem using the same photo you initially submitted.
