Shipping- all items are shipped either Priority Mail ($6.95 per order and takes 2-3 days) or Express Mail International ($24.95 per order and takes 3-5 days) via United States Postal Service. Photo Tile Jewelry orders are completed in approximately 3-4 weeks. There is a rush option (5 business days) for an additional $30.
Privacy- We care about your Privacy. All personal information you share on this site is used soley by Elemental Memories. You will not receive emails from us - other than your receipt and notice of shipping - unless you opt in to our mailing list. We do not sell lists of our customers.
Security - All credit card information is processed using PayPal Link Payment Processing, our secure payment gateway. By using PayPal, an industry leader in secure payment processing, we do not need to have your credit card information on our servers or computers. You can therefore rest assured that your sensitive information is processed safely and securely.

Ordering - We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover through our secure server. We also feature Express Checkout through PayPal. You may place your order anytime through our internet site or by calling 802-764-5933 Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm EST. Your credit card will be charged at the time you place your order and you will recieve an email notifying you of shipment when your jewelry is complete.
Picture Upload Instructions - There will be a link to upload your picture to our server on the last page of checkout in our shopping cart (the payment approval page). There you will receive your order number and will be asked to rename your picture file to this number before uploading so we can match it up with your order. Image size should be 150 dpi/ppi or higher. Accepted file formats are jpg, gif, or bmp.
Note: Please send only one picture per order. Meaning... you can order as many necklaces with separate personal inscriptions as you like for the same photo in one order, but if you would like a different photo used for another necklace, please place it as a separate order.
To use a Professional photo you must have a consent form signed by the photographer.
Returns-Due to the custom made nature of each piece, returns of Elemental Memories Photo Tile Jewelry are not accepted. If there is a defect in your item we will work with you to correct the problem using the same photo you initially submitted.
