1. Will you crop my photo for me?
Yes. Just give us an idea of what you would like and we will crop your photo for you and email you a proof. If you do not indicate cropping we will leave as it is or crop slightly.
2. Do you automatially transfer color photos to black and white?
Yes. If you would like your photo in color please choose our new color option for an additional $20.
3. I don't wear silver, do you have any photo tile jewelry in gold?
Yes. We offer one 14k gold photo tile necklace and a variety of other select pieces in 14k gold fill. You can find them here: Gold Photo Tile Jewelry
4. What are the photo tiles made of?
Our photo tiles are hand made using a low fire polymer clay. Polymer clay produces tiles that are lightweight, durable, and slightly flexible.
5. Are photo tiles waterproof?
We consider them very water resistant. Getting caught in the rain is not going to hurt them at all. We have customers who have told us that they shower with them on, though we do not officially recommend this.
6. How long will my order take?
Regular orders take 3-4 weeks + 1-2 days for delivery by USPS Priority Mail and Rush orders take 5 business days + 1-2 days for delivery by USPS Priority Mail.
7. Is there any way to get my order more quickly?
Yes. You may choose our rush order option for an additional $30 per piece. Rush orders are completed within 5 business days and are shipped via USPS Priority Mail which generally takes 1-2 days.
8. How do I upload my photo?
After completing your order in our shopping cart their will be a link where you can upload your photo. You can also send it to us at info [at] em-jewelry.com with your order number in the subject line.
9. Can I mail you my order and or photo?

10. Do you wholesale?

11. Are the tiles heavy?
One of the benefits to using polymer clay for our tiles is that they are fairly light. This is especially nice for our bracelets and necklaces that feature more than one tile.
12. Can I add tiles as my family grows?
Our Buds to Bloom, Gratitude Photo Charm Necklace, & "Time in the Garden", necklaces all lend themselves to adding tiles as well as of course our charm bracelets. To add tiles just email us your request and we will send you a link where you can puchase your tile. (additional tiles generally cost $50/tile)
13. How many people can fit on a photo tile?
It depends on how well you want to see their features and from what distance. For the 1/4" tiles we suggest no more than 2. The 1/2 inch tiles we have done up to 3-4 and it has worked out well. For the 1" x 3/4" tiles it really depends on the photo. We have done family photos of upwards of 8 that have worked out. For larger groups feel free to send in your photo and we will evaluate it for you.
14. Do you offer tiles without necklaces?
We do not offer them on our site, though you may email us and ask about a special order. Generally for a 1 x 3/4 inch tile we charge $75 and for the 1/2" or 1/4" tile $65.
15. How will my photo tile jewelry be packaged?
We package our jewelry in a clear top tin that goes into our signature blue box with tissue paper, gift wrap, raffia ribbon, and a note card.
16. How is my jewelry shipped?
We ship using USPS Priority Mail. USPS is quick (approximately 1-2 days) and reliable and they ship and deliver on Saturdays which we love!
